The challenge of the project is to requalify a district, located in the heart of the city, in a strategic urban fabric, and to create a real urban seam between the Medina and the extra muros districts. The development will allow the Medina to open up more towards the new city on the side of Bab Doukala; the extension of intramural routes will consolidate the links between the zones; finally, a green flow will be created from the Palm grove, thus creating a real lung for the city center.
